African Global Trading Ltd (AGT)
is a Seychelles-registered company specialising in the bulk supply and trading of agricultural inputs and commodities to commercial and large-volume customers across Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa.
AGT was established as the bulk supply arm of the Pegasus group. Pegasus has grown from serving a single customer to supporting some 50 customers, and its crop portfolio has widened from tobacco to include potatoes, bananas, blueberries, seed maize and soybeans. To serve each market properly, the group has separated its operations: Pegasus Agricultural Services focuses on retail and precision-agriculture support for small-scale, emerging and commercial farmers, while AGT concentrates on commodity trading and large-volume distribution.
AGT combines the procurement experience, supplier relationships and regional knowledge built by the Pegasus team with a dedicated structure for wholesale volumes, pricing and logistics.
